Nutrition Data was an interesting site that tells you the nutritional aspects of anything you consume. I compared apples to oranges and was surprised to find out that oranges are not only better for weight loss and optimum health, but contain more protein and less fat than apples. I guess an orange a day will also keep the doctor away.
